Paypal refund problem

    Got an email from paypal today

    The refund sent by xxxxxx did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account.

    Please contact xxxxxx regarding this refund.

    What can I do? Item was purchased through ebay and case has been opened with ebay.
