good dog work alright, pity about the throwing of the spent shells into the ditch, not very conducive to good pr.

I'm not trying to put a damper on things, neither am I attempting to paint you as anything you're not,I'm a strong believer in leaving the countryside as I found it,seeing it being littered is against all I believe in,my response to your vid is entirely understandable in this context.

My uncle has the same Lincoln 20 bore. Great gun tbh. Way better than I thought it would be. Think he paid 600 for his s/h a few years ago it was mint.

Nice clips there Allan I got a 20 bore myself and will always shoot with it love it it's has 30 in barrels.

i forgot to get shells for it the last day so was shooting 4/5 at woodcock not ideal.but il bring it out again when i get used to it[few mins of clays].lads seem to think the 20 bore is not as effective as a 12g.Their is little to no difference if them at all.The 20 has a tighter pattern as for range no difference at all.The only time it would let you down is shooting geese.if i was to have 1 gun out of my semi-auto, browning,or 20g id pick the 20g.

Fair play for uploading the missed shots lad, do you have the 20g long? we had a savage day yesterday, met a lot of woodcock!! I was sick when I got up in the morning as I forgot to charge the bloody hatcam!

Whats the 20 bores like weightwise allan?is ammo easily got 4it?ive a bettinsoli & its a fair dog of a yoke 2 carry around allday after wcock.id love a lightweight game gun

its light mate very light.after a day shooting with it and you pick up a 12g you will notice a massive difference.well i do with my 2 anyway.some models will vary weight wise.try one the next time your at your dealers. As for ammo much the same iv got 4s all the way up to 9s which in my eyes is suitable for all game birds bar geese.

great videos there...would love to be meeting woodcock in them numbers!
I had a 20 bore beretta o/u..very light and i found with 20 bores that you either missed clean or hit em hard..would love to get one again but i reckon 30inch barrells improve their handling no end..28 inch barrells make em too fast and hard to swing properly

hi allan450, what would your choice be in a 20g for game.
A sporter multi choke or a fixed game gun.
