Had crossed lines with my neighbour who heard a very personal conversation, explained this to eircom, no apology, just a txt saying looking into it! Now have no confidence in having a conversation on the phone! Think i will get rid of it, how do I do it!

    Hi curiouscrater

In circumstances or crossed lines a fault is logged and sent to engineers to resolve. If you would like an update on your case please PM me your land line number.

If you prefer to cancel the line please contact eircom cancellations on free phone 1901.

    Thanks
    Al
