"Use Full Width" not working

I normally have this ticked and content sitewide fills my screen. Instead, now, when viewing forums (but not the main page) content seems limited to perhaps 1000 pixels wide and centered. Any reason/change that might be causing this? Seems to be the case in multiple browsers and its terribly annoying.
