    So my ssd was full and i was copying and pasting files to my hard drive(which I think was the wrong way to do it) and now all my files have been deletedand i cant get them back with system restore, any help is greatly appreciated

    If your OS is Vista or better, go to the properties of the folder where the files were. Previous versions tab. Choose a date before you did what you did. Now copy/move them. If they're valuable, copy them to 2 places/devices. An external drive is not, in itself, a backup. Use cloud storage too.
