From my understanding the garage are entitled to have the opportunity to repair the car which it appears they are doing. So imo at this stage it is very unlikely you will be entitled to a refund.

To be fair there are garages around the place who wouldnt want to know you after you buy the car. By the sounds of things these lads are putting the fault right.
