Heh! As soon as I saw this thread I also thought TWISTER, its fecking TWISTER!

ITV2 must have screened it 100 hundred times.

    Huh?

Also, The Mummy - Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is on at least twice a month.

I can hardly count the number of times I've seen 27 Dresses or The Sweetest Thing on the E4 schedule.

The Sweetest Thing is genuinely quite bonkers, and I think everyone should see it, just so that you can say you have. I actually gave in and watched 27 Dresses last week - first time I've seen more than bits of it. They actually made a couple of valid points about the over-commercialisation in the "wedding industry", and had a main character with clear psychological issues stemming from her childhood, particularly her sister. In a Romcom setting. .

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

I'll throw in Shooter to the mix. I understand why they're on so often though. They suck you in and keep you constantly entertained like black holes of watchability. The version of Taken RTE show is really funny - it's cut to pieces to the extent that some of the antagonists now seem to spontaneously die.

Jurassic Park 3 has been on a ridiculous amount over the last month or so and I've watched the start of terminator 2 twice this week.

E4 used to run Independence Day what seemed like every 4 days. And I watched it.

And I enjoyed it more every time

Actually, I don't believe I've seen it on TV before last night!

However, Iron Man and Film Four really seem to have a bit of a thing going on.

I remember back in the late 90s / early 2000s, Daylight (that awful Stallone movie about being trapped in a tunnel) was the mid week movie about once a month.
