Does anybody know how to stop the flickering, It's happening when they're trying to warm up, Will i have to swap ballasts around?

OEM or Aftermarket? The ballasts regulate the current to the bulbs to keep it constant so could be a good place to start.

A world of pain so :D probably easier to take them out and replace with a better set up.

There is a high start up current surge sometimes the original car wiring has slight resistance due to run from battery or more common smaller amperage fuses have higher resistance than larger fuse causing a voltage drop when the balast is trying to start.

Ensure your battery connections is good.
Fit a relay wiring harness, can be bought cheap on ebay. Control is from your original head lights circuit but HIDs are powered directly from battery thus avoiding any voltage drop.

The is one dirty fix replace the fuse that is 10 amp or less with 15 amp fuse. It works for most cars but I rather use the relay wiring harness myself

Get rid of them foul things. Hate when I meet the likes of that on the road either oncoming or behind. I thought aftermarket hids were illegal here
