Sky on demand not working

Hey any help here would be appreciated. Sky rang and offered a free 2 months so took them up on it. Had on demand before but its not working now. It's connected with a cable and says its connected but the catch up and box sets menus are empty? No error message or anything. Just empty. Just resetting the box and the router

Do you have HD? You need HD.
