Can't get through to store

    Hi folks,

    I've been trying to call the store all day but have been unsuccessful.

    I know you asked not to post on here in relation to Black Friday deals,
    however I was hoping to place an order for a BenQ W1070 but it's only available for pick-up and I cant get through!

    I don't want to make the trip to Belfast and find out there is none in stock.
    Any chance of a PM in relation to this.

    Apologies that we could not get through on the phone it was total madness here yesterday in the store.

    All Black Friday deals had been in store only purchases and unfortunately we can not take orders to hold products as it had been a first come first served basis on these deals to make it fair on all our customers as stock has been limited on those deals.

    I do believe that you got to speak to one of my colleagues yesterday and that you have been looked after regarding this.

    apologies for this - poor service I acknowledge, we were just over run the last couple of daze..

    I know you personally were looked after, but I know that we also missed 100's of calls - we have tried to get back by tonight to all the Customers who left messages and numbers but we will try to beef up our call handling for the next event and we will do our best to keep on top of Customer service.
