    Hi monday_,

    Thank you for getting in touch. It will indicate on the front page of your bill whether it is based on an actual or estimated reading. If you turn to the second page of your bill, in the section where your meter readings are detailed, it will also note whether it's based on an actual reading (a) or estimated reading (e).
