Ran an eBay store as a side project for while and along with general online marketing and e-commerce platforms - thats the extend of my trading experience.

I am currently based near Guangzhou asia and I am trying to brainstorm a few ways of allocating time and resources efficiently.

We have investment and an international registered company and some higher level Asian based contacts. I am wondering should I avoid the direct to consumer/ebay/amazon route altogether or is there more efficient ways of operating such as providing a service of some such? Will be visiting guangzhou next weekend so trying to come up with some sort of battleplan! :pac:
