All Sky+ recordings gone, WTF just happened?

    Hi guys

    Looking for some help, at some stage today something happened with our Sky plus box, the welcome screen changed and all our recordings disappeared, box reads 99% now, before it was at 37%, does anyone know what went on?

    Also for some reason the anytime stuff is gone now too. :confused:

    First things first give a planner rebuild ago: http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-TV/Problems-with-your-recordings-or-planner/ta-p/1567075

    What's the version number and model number of your Sky box. This should be shown at SETTINGS > SYSTEM DETAILS on HD boxes.
