I wanted to share this as this company seem to be sponsoring links on Facebook etc and wanted to let you know how they operate before you decide o order a stocking filler or similar as I did.

I ordered a product on 31st October which was advertised as being immediately dispatched and is still advertised as available before Xmas.

I asked for an update on my order after 3 weeks as I thought this is a decent amount of time to wait - I confirmed a few details and they sent an email back with a tracking number and a link to a courier company.

the tracking shows it being in transit since 18th November, now working in customer services myself in a management capacity I ask my staff to ensure that a customer is in the best position possible before being asked to track down a parcel, this was not the case - I was simply fobbed off - I have since exchanged emails - no joy - I posted on their facebook page twice - they deleted my posts... they have treated me with nothing but contempt.

And still my item is winging its way from the southwest depot of the courier for the last 10 days.... they must have used a 3 legged blind donkey as its method of transport.

I'd say that was down to the company and not Facebook

Cheers Homer911 - I got that Facebook hadn't blocked me.... the compan are censoring people left right and center on their facebook page so people looking to see if they are reliable are only seeing reply's to none existent comments by the page admin and very few negative comments..... absolute sham of a crowd - my wife has had to contact them as they are now ignoring me completely.

Can you see where its coming from. Many of these chancers on groupon etc appear to be operating out of a bedroom and just doing dropshipping.

i.e. you give them €10 for an item "reduced from €100" and they pay €2 for a chinese warehouse to send it to you without them touching it at all.

If you see any cheapo gizmos on these sites check ebay or dx.com first.

    Same issue here.
Ordered something at Xmas, they charged my credit card within 24 hours and I still havent recieved it(Feb 23rd now like)

I tried emailing - takes them a week to respond and its the usual nonsense - its with our courier etc.

Blocked me from their facebook page. Told me they dont have a phone number. So essientally they have fleeced me out of 84 euro and sent me nothing.

I reported them to the Guards too but unfortunately theres not a lot they can do either

Contact your credit card company/bank and get your money back through them.

    Hi everyone,

It might be an idea if all of you who are experiencing problems with this company contact Facebook directly with your tracking numbers, etc, and voice your frustrations/concerns. I know Facebook can be difficult to deal with but if enough of you contact them, with proof, they may listen and help you out.

Also, before buying from any Irish company online, I would always check that they are registered with the Company Registrations Office. As per guidelines I can't post a link but if you do a quick web search you'll find them easily. When you get onto their page select "Search/Purchase Company Info" on the left hand side. If you search a company name/trading name and they don't appear, stay clear, they are not a legal trader!

I hope you all receive some success on this issue.
