    All,

    I wont bore you with the details but after 4 months of having calls, emails, letters and requests ignored by my branch and their manager I would like to Register a letter to their head office to complain.

    Does anyone have a contact name that I could address the registered letter to?

    I know it wont do any good but it would make me feel slightly better.
