For almost a year now (I started noticing last xmas) I have felt nauseous most days, particularly at night, I have discomfort often in my groin or general right lower abdomen/right groin. Could this potentially be because of a sedentary lifestyle?

The last year iv not been doing good, drink quite a bit maybe 3 times a week, my diet isnt good and I literally have no excersise.

Op, no one here can diagnose you. You need to see a doctor.
