USC refund - unemployment benefit

I'm hoping to apply for a USC refund shortly, but just wondering does the 10,036 income limit include unemployment benefit payments? I've been unemployed for most of the year, apart from a few months in the middle, and based on my income for the few months of work I would be eligible to claim back the USC, but if I add in how much I received in UB I'm not sure that I'd still be eligible.
I'll send off the application anyway but just out of curiousity?

You'll be grand, JSB doesn't reckon for USC purposes. But if the opposite was the case, why would you "send off the application anyway"?!

In case I might be eligible for a part refund. My jobseekers payments would only bring me a small but over the cut off so wasn't sure if I'd be eligible for some of it refunded because I didn't work after Sept, like how with paye there might be a refund because I had extra months credits unused at the end of the year.

Thanks for your help! Will send it off tomorrow and hopefully it doesn't take too long :)
