CFN's facebook page have said that they 'will know more about the CFN - GLA route in the coming day's.'
Before RE gave it up in 2011 they flew GLA and a lot of people here in Donegal are hoping that the route is not abolished as it was able to stand on it's own feet with Loganair this last few years. loads were always exceptionally good on the Glasgow flights.

I wish Ryanair were back on the Kerry route €9.99 to Dublin in around 20 minutes on a fine big 737 unlike those small turbo-props StobartAir run for Aer Lingus.

Kerry to Dublin is around €42 one-way now, fine thing they put the money into either building the Adare Bypass and Macroom Bypass or else heavily subsidize Irish Rail.

Nothing against Ryanair but give me a ATR over a 737 any day. Quick to get on, quick to get off, no wishing you werent in the middle seat etc...

Irish Rail Tralee to Dublin return is about €70 if not booked in advance and takes a hell of a lot longer than a 'small turbo prop'.
