Hardwareversande order delay

    I sent in and paid for an order on Thursday 20th. The order status move pretty quickly through these stages.

    20/11/2014 Online-Order
    21/11/2014 We received your payment amounting to XXX,XX EUR .
    21/11/2014 Due to your payment the order was cleared for delivery.

    But it has been stuck on that since. All the parts were in stock at the time of ordering / payment. Some have since gone out of stock and then restocked.

    Should I be worried at this lack of progress or is this common with this website?

    I tried emailing them twice and got no response.

    Sometimes they take a little while to update the website. Did you receive any emails at all from them?

    Just the one confirming they'd received my payment. Nothing since then not even replies to my queries which is a little worrying.

    Maybe would be best to call support just to see. They don't reply to emails which's appalling for an online shop.

    Seriously? That's woeful. They're the easiest things form of communication. I might ring tomorrow. Don't suppose I need to learn German before then?

    I know, it's shockingly bad. Returning my computer so far has taken about two weeks. Also, nah, you don't need to learn German lol, they aren't that bad... Yet. :D

    Just ask if you can talk to someone who speaks English.

    Same thing happened to me with them a few weeks ago. I got talking to one of their reps with good English and I had to make a few changes over the phone. All sorted in about 5 minutes - it's good to talk sometimes instead of relying on email.

    What changes had you to make? Swapping parts that weren't in stock?
