Dispatch confirmation-but courier has not revieved the item

    Hi..this is a strange one..I ordered something from Australia and paid for 3 day international delivery with DHL. I got the dispatch confirmation email from the company who sold the item on the 19th Nov. but DHLs site had no new tracking info for 3 days so I checked with them and they said the company had paid the delivery fee but not handed the item over to DHL. The company has replied three times since, telling me each time that the item had just been sent. According to them it's been sent on three different occasions lol!

    It's been 7 days since the dispatch confirmation email instead of the 3 day delivery i paid for. And I haven't had any apology or explanation, and still no tracking info on the DHL site. It doesn't look good.

    I've emailed my credit card company about trying to get a refund but I haven't heard back yet.

    As it was quite an expensive item I can't afford to let it go but I'm clueless as to what to do next?
