When's the last time you used that word in a sentence?

I just did, to describe myself.

I prefer the term sagacious but each to their own.

Good judgement I have noticed is something which people tend to have on one area of life but in others they have a blind spot.

If you have it generally as an all round trait that is a great boon.

Ok for once I did just use that about myself. For once ..I am possible the least shrewd person generally .

Round here its usually associated with cute-hoorism and slyness, rather than wisdom or good judgement.

Yeah, I've never heard it used in a positive context.

Shrewd punter is a pretty common phrase if you work in the gambling industry. I wouldn't mind being called shrewd in that sense!
