Blu-Ray Problems

Hi all, Have a Samsung Blu-Ray and 5.1 system and it seems to be having problems playing new releases. I bought The Raid 2 recently and it kept stopping and freezing. Brought it back to the shop and got a replacement and the same thing happened with that. Now I've just bought Guardians of the Galaxy and it won't even load…

Hi all,

Have a Samsung Blu-Ray and 5.1 system and it seems to be having problems playing new releases.

I bought The Raid 2 recently and it kept stopping and freezing. Brought it back to the shop and got a replacement and the same thing happened with that.

Now I've just bought Guardians of the Galaxy and it won't even load the title menu.

The software is up to date as that was the first thing I checked. I have no idea what to do now as it plays all of my other Blu Rays fine. Just when I buy new releases it doesn't want to know.

Any non-sarcastic help would be greatly appreciated.
