Can I get old statements?

    I need statements from 2011 onward, is it possible to get them?

    Hi plaiboi,

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    If you are registered for 365 Online, you can order duplicate statements for your account through the website.

    Please follow the steps outlined below:
    • Select the 'Online Service Desk' tab from the 365 homepage.
    • Select 'Order Duplicate statement' from the drop down list.
    • Click 'Go'
    • Input the account details and the dates required.
    • Click continue.

    Alternatively you can call your branch to request these statements, contact details for your branch can be found here. 

    The charges for duplicate statements are as follows:

    €3.80 for the first page and €2.50 for every page thereafter.
