    "for accessing personal information held by the ESB and the Gardaí."
    "used his garda contacts to access information from a serving Garda to access personal information held on the Pulse system"
    QUESTION : Any disciplinary action taken against the ESB employee & the Garda who breached Data Protection by passing on the information?
