Noise of Shower Pump

    I recently got a new shower fitted with a Grundfos water pump.

    Its been installed a while now and the noise level from it has always been loud.
    The pump sits on a porcelein tile which sits on wooden lats within the hotpress.

    Is there anything that I can do to ease this noise?
