    Howdee

Can anyone recommend a good physio versed in the ways of the cyclist?

I’m based North side around the Griffith Ave area so someone local-ish would be great but I’m obviously willing to travel (and maybe even cycle to recommendations if the offending hamstring is up to it!)

    Thanks in advance

Annesley Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic is local to you, I've been with cycle related problems and got sorted. Worth looking at a bikefit too if your having problems.

Cheers iamdave. I've a session booked with PearseSt.

I've fiddled about with various bits n bobs on the bike to no avail

I'm thinking of buying a new bike next year and was holding out for a bike fit then.

Or should I get one for current bike and then get the settings dialled in on the new bike too?

I'd get it done now and ask fitter for input on new bike and ask him to tweak after purchase; for a good all in price of course ;-)

Peak Physical Therapy in Celbridge - Tim Cassidy is your only man - Ex pro turned physio, and the clinic is upstairs in Bikeworx Celbridge, all you can ask for really and knows his stuff really well.
