condensation: damage to wooden floors

    Hi,

We live in a 1st floor apartment, we have double glazed windows and vents on the walls. At the start of winter, when we first put the heating on (about 2 hours every night on low), there is a lot of condensation on the windows in the morning. We open the windows for at least 20 min every morning, I wipe the condensation to prevent mould on the windowsills.
However, our daughter's bedroom has a door window, with several panes. The condensation is not stopped by the windowsill since there is none, and gets underneath the wooden floor. The skirting directly close to the window was so damaged, swollen with water, I had to remove it. There are bubbles of trapped water under the floor, and it rises in spaces. Underneath is a layer of cork.

Is there any solution to prevent this? And how to fix it?

    Thanks
