I currently have an iphone 5s with a data allowance of 2gb per month. I am 10 days into the bill and I got the text from meteor saying I have nearly used up a gb already. I have no idea how this is I never have 4g on, I use wifi whenever I can and I am hardly on the internet between 7am-6pm due to work monday-friday. I connect to wifi when I get home.

My last phone was the samsung s3 with 1gb of data allowance per month. In the 18 months I had that phone I never even came close to using up a gb of data even though I left my mobile data on all the time.

How can my usage vary so much with different phones ?
