    Yeah thats the problem...swim wasn't cancelled last time though, it was shortened!
    No way to predict I guess...if it had been around the same time in 2014 it probably would have been ok to go ahead.

    For this race or any middle distance race?

    Tempted to do Lough cultra but raced there last May in a shorter race and water was very cold. Lake is sheltered but temp in May is likely to be very cold.

    Yeah, it would help if we were allowed wear lots more STUFF!! Booties and gloves and the like :D

    Lake was certainly cold in May this year, but not unbearably so. If it's early June again I reckon it'll be fine. Good vibe around Tri an Mhi, very good example of how to run a club event with a fairly small number of stalwarts.
