Sculpting material advise needed

Hi All, Need to find a material for a sculpture I'm working on that will need contain quit a bit of iron so corrosive water based clays are out. The closest thing I've found right now is the silicone based sugru but that stuff is so expensive. Any suggestions ?

May have found a potential in the form of Fimo clay as it's a polymer.

Other suggestions welcome.
