    I'm pretty sure that much money could get us many jobs.

    Over the past few years, we got lots of propaganda about the major inadequacy of Dubliners water supply. Now they get a new division set up to control who gets water and who doesn't. They would have us praying for rain ,just to catch enough to fill the kettle .

    200,000,000 might buy us less wasters to stand around the back of a jcb in yellow hi viz council coats.
    Less inefficiency doesn't come cheap.
