According to Wikipedia, Enhanced Progressive is a trance, progressive and EDM record label.

That first track definitely has EDM elements to it.

I've been listening to Markus Shulz's Los Angeles '12 compilation a lot lately and I really like a lot of what I'm hearing. Would anyone be able to recommend some other albums/artists along those lines?

Couple of tracks to show the kind of thing I'm talking about:

check out his first album. also check out stuff from the late 90s and the early to mid 2000s. that was progressive trance

Above and beyonds older stuff is worth checking out, even Group Therapy has some cracking progressive style stuff on it. Others then would be Mat Zo, Boom Jinx (I highly recommend this guy) and Sunny LAX/Meramek. There's also some quality new talent like Jon Medina and Shingo Nakamura who are well worth checking out.
