    Sprinter gaa player rugby player. All of the above...

    Tempo today
    5X100m with 50m walk
    3X200m with 30sec break
    5X100m with 50m walk
    3X300m with 5 min break

    Goal is to weigh under 80kg. Currently 86.
    And actually sprint in an actual race...

    Last night.
    After a 30 hour shift - exhausted beyond belief

    2x30m pushup start
    2x30m three point start
    2x30m fly ins
    2x30m fast easy fast

    1x5, 3x3 squat - 100kg, 120kg 130kg 140kg
    superset with 4x8 12kg lunge jump
    1x5 3x3 snatch - 50kg 55kg 55kg 57.5kg.
    superset with 4x4 depth jump

    surf this morning
    exhausted doesnt even cover how i feel now...
