Hey everyone. Have the gym ball blown up. Is there particular exercises that should be done on it in pregnancy or is it just bouncing on it? I'm nearly 35 weeks pregnant and midwife said to use it

I find it really good for pelvic tilts and hip circles - and more comfortable to sit on at 35 weeks than slouching on the couch.

You can also kneel on the floor and lean your chest on it, and roll back and forwards - nice to release the lower back too.

When the baby is born, you can bounce them to sleep on it :)
