    Woodies are doing a 9 LED pocket torch- with a flower motif on it- for only 2.49...... Its a remarkably strong little torch- at a remarkably low price- and from an Irish bricks and mortar store.........

    Yep- thats them.
    I was charged 2.49 in Woodies Lucan for them.
    I've a 3 and a 4 year old who have been battering the living hell out of 2 of these all week- and they're not even scratched- which for my pair, is quite remarkable........

    They may be 'no name' but they're quite remarkably good quality.

    Yeah - The ones in Deals are there without the flowers (chrome and red or chrome and blue).
    Usual 1.50 price - they are good torches all right - bright enough and with decent batteries last ages.

    May be irrelevant but not sure where to post. Picked up a single led torch today on a chance in Lidl and I'm amazed at how good it is.
    The reflector seems well designed and it seems fairly sturdy. €3.49 but compared to my 9 led small torch the Lidl one is far better for outdoor use.

    These are cleared to sell at 49 cents in Tescos at the moment.Rolson 9 led Torch.Not many left though

    Thats it- I'm doing a detour to Celbridge on my way into work.
    My kids have a remarkable attrition rate on torches- they don't break them- they loose them........

    They only had stainless steel ones and red rubberized ones.Lots of people buying them up.I bought 5 of the stainless ones for around the house and also for my car and my wifes car too.Very good strong light from them for 49 cents.
