Has anyone used one of these? Its the perfect gift for someone I know but the one I'm looking at on houseoftea.ie is made from porcelain...doesn't equate in my head that the candle in the warmer wouldn't crack the porcelain of the teapot?
Saw some iron ones but I know she won't be into iron..
Any help/suggestions? Maybe these are just a gimmick?
    Thank you

Porcelain is very heat resistant. A candle won't get anywhere near its max temperature tolerance level.
I would imagine an iron teapot would take ages to heat with a candle?

You place an already hot pot of tea on it...it just maintains a bit of temperature. And yes, a porcelain will not be affected by a candle.
