I don't know how to study and I have my mocks for my JC in February. Mom says I need to start but I just don't know how :/ Does anyone have study tips that might help ?

Have another search of this forum, lots of study tips wandering around various threads on that very topic :)
Number one tip - organise a little area for yourself for study, with no distractions and with space for your books, folders with notes etc.
Use the index of each textbook as a guide to break down your study sessions into manageable chunks.
Decide how many study sessions you're aiming to cover per week, and how much time you will spend per subject. I'd suggest 30-40 minutes per subject, with a 5-10 minute break between sessions.
If you decide to cover 2 subjects per session, cover one you enjoy/find relatively easy, and one you don't enjoy as much/find more difficult. Might stop you feeling overwhelmed.
Other than the organisation side of things, people learn/study in different ways. Some people write everything out in their own words, others use mind maps, many answer questions from the textbook or exam papers and correct them using the book or marking scheme - do whatever you find works for you but don't just sit there reading information over and over, that's a waste of your time! Checking on your learning is so important.

For junior cert, hours and hours of study shouldn't be necessary - if you're listening in class and doing all your homework properly every day, and asking the teacher about stuff you don't understand, a bit of light revision should do the trick.
