    Folks

I need to contact Sky TV, however, calls cost 5.3c per minute which is outrageous. Has anyone got an email address that I can use?

I've tried the "accessibility" email address (on their advice) and now they won't address my issue. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    T

You could try this one and look for the live chat option that pops up

Yes, but when the chatter realises that you're an Irish customer, they'll quickly tell yo to ring 0818xxxxxx:(

Oh, you can use it all right for general queries, but if its specific to Ireland, you'll be fobbed off to 0818

It's hard enough to find where the chat option actually pops up! Is there no other way to contact them other than the 0818 number?
I'm actually sorry I jointed them now!

The op should vote with his feet so and ditch them

Irish people are nothing more than second class customers for Sky even though they pay more. It has always been like this.

When I rang them early in the morning (ok, before eleven, wasn't that early) there was virtually no wait.

Told them I was cancelling due to financial circumstances, was on mobile, and couldn't afford long call, they asked could they call back, and did so.

Possibly a Monday morning might not be the best time, if there's a backlog of queries from customers over the weekend!

Use the Goldenpages app on your smartphone and you can have them call you back.

Tried using the free call option for Sky, it says it is invalid or disabled, is it working for anyone else or is there another option to get Sky to call you instead of having to call them?

I needed to speak with them on the phone. (Talk To, wouldn't have been able to help) I was trying to avoid calling their 0818 number. I've used the 'free call' facility in the past but couldn't today.

Try the A to Z on this handy site and find the alternative (cheaper) number for SKY and lots of others.
