Hello just looking for some advice I got a job in a call centre taking inbound calls it's full time but just wondering if it's a good or bad job as I've heard mixed things about it, thanks :-)

Well it's tough, but it's good training. Try to stick it out for a year at least. It definitely gets easier as you get more knowledgeable.

Use it as a stepping stone to something else, either by advancing to supervisor, etc, in the call centre itself, or by getting some knowledge of whatever product you're supporting and then trying to get a better job in that area.
