Call back from Electric Ireland

    We have contacted Electric Ireland twice over the last few months in relation to our bills and rate and they were supposed to call back on the next day but never did so.We signed up to direct debit payment last year but according to the person we talked to last week  we did not receive any discount on our bill for setting up DD.Would it be possible to arrange a callback to discuss further. Thanks

    To avail of discounts you would need to sign up to a price plan, which would involve agreeing to certain terms and conditions (one of which might be to pay your bills by direct debit). For this reason, setting up a direct debit in and of itself wouldn't necessarily lead to discounts being applied.
