    Hey guys

I am flying Dublin - Toronto - Vancouver and the whole journey was done on the same booking but i'm a bit confused. I am flying the first journey with Aer Lingus and the second with West Jet.

My guest is that when I check in with Aer Lingus I am checked in Dublin to Vancouver and my bags are tagged through to Vancouver also, although I know I will have to pick them up at Toronto for Immigration.

However Aer Lingus and West Jet are not partner airlines, so does this mean I have to treat it like two separate trips and check in with West Jet also?

    Thanks for the help :)

You will get tickets at Dublin airport for whole journey. Dublin-Toronto-Vancouver. You need to collect your bags in Toronto and follow signs "transfer" (or something similar). You will leave bags for scan. They will tell you at the airport where and then you will proceed to the gate.

I was flying last June Dublin-Toronto-Calgary. Same story.

Thanks for your help. Just to confirm you flew with Aer Lingus to Toronto and then West Jet to Calgary?
