That’s Stretching It a Bit

I get a bit of gyp from one of my hamstrings.

Nothing too nasty (at the moment) but I can feel it tighten when I’m out for a spin, esp when climbing.

It’s been going on for well over a year now and it’s one of those things that, when I’m out riding, I say that I must get that looked into but then forget about it until the next time it tightens up.

I don’t think it’s the position I ride it – I’ve tried a few different saddle tweaks (height – fore and aft) and the pedals are at the loosest setting to allow my foot to sit as it’s naturally inclined during a ride.

Before going down the route of going to the physio I was wondering if I could alleviate it by doing some pre and post ride stretches.

Currently I don’t do any so I was looking to see if any of ye good people could recommend any stretching routines.

    Thanks in advance!
