IPTC information

A little advice please.... I have been asked to take a couple of PR photos of business people tomorrow, the client has asked that I embed the captions in the IPTC before submitting them to various papers. This is my first time doing something like this so I'm a bit befuddled!

Photoshop>File>File Info brings up the IPTC form, but there is a bewildering array of fields to fill out - are all these necessary? Obviously Copyright info, date, location as well as the Headline and Caption will go in

Can anyone point me in the direction of a quick tutorial on this (or perhaps it's come up in a previous thread but I couldn't find it).

    Thank you.
