What does + Super mean in relation to Jobs in Australia

    I see a lot of jobs on seek.com.au where they will quote you the salary + super, what does + super mean?

    you'll get an extra 9.5% put into a fund each paycheck. you can claim it back if you leave oz but you get taxed 35% of it

    e.g. 1000pw inc = 913pay + 87super
    1000pw + super = 1000pay + 95 super
