    Hi Guys

what kind of questions one should expect for a semi-senior role in a small to medium practice?

I would expect competency based questions + about my one year experience + technical knowledge (accounting + audit)??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have some good documents in relation to competency based interviews, if you want to PM me. This is a very difficult area to find candidates for at the moment (semi seniors with 1-2 years experience), so the onus will be on them to impress you!

As with all interviews, listen carefully to what they ask, take your time when answering, ask questions at the end to show your interest in the role, always politely shake their hand afterwards and thank them for the time they have given to meet you.

Apologies for draging up an old thread. Johnny, is there any chance you could on those documents to me too? Would really appreciate it. Thanks.
