    Hi there,

I found an interesting item on Tmart, it is a Chinese Android Phone manufactured by the company Zopo, it was only released a few days ago and has an RRP of $299!

It has 16GB memory, 1080p screen, 3GB Ram, Octa Core and a few other good features.

I just bought a new phone (actually going to collect it from ParcelMotel in the morning!) So I won't be purchasing this but I've always been intrigued by the world of Chinese Android Phones.

Might be of some use to some people but definitely a great buy albeit not an impulse one.

It's no small price but when you consider what you'd pay for a known brand with these specs it's very affordable.

If you use a discount code you can get a bit off which actually makes it below it's RRP!

    Discount Code: 1134906538 (expires 25/11)

    Price with code: €239.04

Delivery would probably be pretty quick but be aware that you may get caught by Customs!

Hope it's of use to some of you! :)

    Cheers! :pac:

Thanks OP, but just wondering if you have any commission affiliate program from these products/discounts codes from your various links to declare?

    I'm not sure.

I believe there is one where you can get links but as you can see by my link it's just a direct link.

The discount codes I get are usual from their emails.

Plus €60 VAT bringing the cost of the phone to €300, for a no name Chinese phone with no reviews and which will probably get no updates and has a limited warranty that would be difficult to return! Not a chance. €65 for the Landvo L200 is one thing, but there's no way I'd spend €300 for a Chinese no brand phone.

    Nice specs.

Especially the 14m camera with a dedicated camera button.
I miss that from my ancient Sony Ericcson phone many many years ago.

Zopo are a very well known brand in China & India. Thats over half the population of the planet. But.......whatever floats your boat .......

Would you buy a One plus One ?

We've been discussing this on the Chinese android thread the last few days along with established sellers.

It's the new zopo 999 rebranded.
Nothing dodgy about zopo at all.

One plus ship from inside the eu so no customs and you only have to ship it back to the UK if anything goes wrong.

Plus they have a huge amount of reviews, and a giant support community and forum.

That may well be, but they are not a "brand name" here. Their European arm in Germany went into liquidation. I buy plenty of stuff from China, but my point is that this bargain alert is venturing into the realms of serious money and there is no way I would pay that money for a phone from China. This model has zero reviews and as always with a Chinese product, the returns procedure in case of a problem makes it not worthwhile.

Yes. But as has been mentioned, the OPO is pretty much mainstream at this stage with guaranteed updates and multiple reviews. It is also shipped from the EU. Your point is moot.

That may be, but as I mentioned above there are different considerations to be taken into account when purchasing from China. It's fine taking a gamble with a sub €100 device, but everything else considered, this is definitely not a bargain alert.

I'd hold off for lollipop at that price.
