    I'm thinking of putting up a new shed solely for machinery and was wondering would I need planning permission or what would be the biggest id get away without planning thanks

    but its approx. aggregate size of 900 sq meters of storage in the yard

    But check the act

    we have never got planning for any shed yet, but were off the road so maybe its different..
