    --Possible bargain--

    http:// www . grabonestore.ie / samsung-smart-3d-led-tv

(sorry, can't post links - remove spaces)

Does anyone know anything about this TV or site? It looks a massive deal but what's putting me off is there's no model number to be found.

It looks like it's this TV:
    http:// www . Samsung . com /uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/televisions/flat-tvs/UE40F6320AKXXU

If it is, it looks a really good deal.

    Independent reviews here: http://www.very.co.uk/samsung-ue40f6320-40-inch-full-hd-freeview-hd-led-3d-smart-tv/1271288655.prd

Seems to be liked- scoring a 4.8 out of 5 from over 200 reviews.

Price seems to be in the £400 sterling region or less (no difficulty finding it at this price from several retailers). It may once have been over 800 Euro- but that is not its widely available price anymore.

    You're looking at a different, non-3D model.

Led there by a ticker in the Very website:). In any case 3-D is a moot point. It has never really taken off. And until those silly glasses issue is solved, there's little enough to recommend it.

    It's the 40H6200.

Buy this for €100 more and have bricks & mortar back up if something goes wrong:
    http://www.powercity.ie/?par=10-13-40H6400

It's higher spec (mainly motion processing) and this review seems to think there's enough of a difference between the two.

At the risk of drifting off-topic - are any of these Freesat enabled, or is there a comparable TV that is in this price range?

Try amazon.co.uk. If nothing else, you'll get a fair idea of what is available. On another note the tv listed in the OP is a discontinued model, hence the reduction. Nothing wrong with it being end of line. Any buyer should get at least 10 yrs out of it.

It won't let me post a link but go to TVs on power city, select the size of tv you're after, and then tick the box on the left for the specs you want. Satellite tuner is the one you're after there, and whatever else.
