Internal Memory issue on DooGee

    I just received a DooGee DG800 and which I check the storage it's showing as follows;
    Internal Storage Total Space 3.36GB with 3.24GB available I CANNOT ACCESS THIS 'AVAILABLE' SPACE
    and
    Phone Storage Total Space 2.76GB with 2.76GB available

    So all I appear to have available (when I connect to my PC) is just the 2.76GB which is pretty useless for my purposes.
    I'd appreciate advice or comments on how to increase my usable space, I would have expected a single 'partition' with approx 6GB available for installing of apps etc.
    If you require any info please post back and I'll do my best to provide.
