Close to all local amenities. 2 minutues walk to Spar, Centra, Dunnes, Subway, Temple bar and St.Patricks park . 10 mins walk to Citicenter, Asian stores, St.Stephens Green and Grafton Street. Dublin bus service and Dublin Cycles are available at doorsteps.

House is full furnished and comprised of a Living room, Semi seperated kitchen, Bedroom with a Double bed and a Bathroom. Apartment is located on 1st floor and having lift facility.

Before anyone else reports this post- kindly read the forum's charter. We *do* allow private people to advertise their sole apartment/house/room here in this forum. We do not allow estate agents etc- just private individuals- and only 1 property.
